Cleaning Burnt Pots n' Pans

This holiday season, get creative, enjoy the mess. If you end

up burning a pot in the process, don't throw it away! You can save it.

 

Here is how:

Start by adding one cup of hot water and one cup of vinegar to the pot, then let it come to a rolling boil.

 

Once the vinegar and water mixture are boiling, add 3 tablespoons of baking soda.  It starts fizzing a ton, which indicates it's doing something : )

 

Once the fizzing stops, pour the icky leftovers out and added

a little hot water and dish liquid to the pot and give it a gentle scrub.  Then rinse it with hot water and dry it with a clean towel.
