Health & Healing

As a healer and practitioner, my path has been to identify the inner source of ailments as the essential starting point for proper healing. I dive deep with my clients to understand the physical, energetic and emotional levels. In my healing practice I integrate the use of energetic healing modalities, emotional release techniques, homeopathic medicines, herbs and detoxing.

I started my path as a healer from a very young age with my fascination in health, sickness and disease. I have trained in holistic medicine and education my entire life. My background includes education in functional and naturopathic medicine modalities, homeopathic medicine, women's health and nutrition. I have a Master's degree in nursing and practice as family nurse practitioner in addition to my healing practice.

Meditation Background

I attended Naropa University for my bachelor's degree and have perused a path of meditation and inner work ever since.

I began studying with the Clairvision School of Meditation in 2003, and continue my training ongoing. I learned energetic healing under its founder, Samuel Sagan, MD. ​

In my free time, you will find me in the ocean, eating fruit and traveling.
